Apple Chan Resonance is a watercolor artist, author-illustrator, holistic organic gardener, and eco-interior designer whose work celebrates nature while inspiring environmental stewardship, sustainable living, and mindful creativity.

Born and raised in Manila, Philippines, she began her career as a licensed interior designer. Apple later lived in Singapore before making the United States her home, where she raised her family and homeschooled her son—expanding her creative journey into watercolor illustration, regenerative gardening, eco-interior design, and nature-inspired book publishing.

Through her children’s books, Apple shares uplifting stories that promote seed saving, regenerative vegetable gardening, and eco-spirituality. Her expressive watercolor illustrations inspire children and adults to reconnect with nature and appreciate the importance of caring for the Earth.

A lifelong watercolor artist, Apple is inspired by the luminous colors, fluid movement, and organic beauty of the medium. Her artwork celebrates wildlife, native plants, gardens, and landscapes, reflecting the interconnectedness of all living things.

After living among the forests, lakes, and mountains of Big Bear, California, Apple now finds inspiration in Idaho’s diverse natural landscapes. Through meditation, nature exploration, and collecting water from lakes, rivers, springs, and waterfalls for her artwork, she continues to draw creative inspiration from the healing beauty of the natural world.

Since 2019, Apple has been a contributing artist for wildlife conservation with ABUN (Artists and Biologists Unite for Nature). ABUN brings together artists and biologists worldwide to create artwork that raises awareness about endangered species and their habitats. Apple’s stunning watercolor paintings of wildlife have helped shed light on the importance of conservation and the need to protect our natural world.
